DICTIONARY INFORMATION: A Klausian from Klaus III. A member of the anti-Federation organization Quark, which was founded by Klausians, Cliff rescued Fayt for an unknown reason. He still hasn't explained how he found Fayt, or even why he was looking for him in the first place.

DICTIONARY INFORMATION (PART II): Although he relinquished the post to Maria, Cliff used to be the leader of the anti-Federation organization, Quark, and is also the organization's founder. Considering that he organized Quark, Cliff must be quite intelligent and charismatic, but at first glance, he only looks like a thug.

Cliff appears to be a big goof and somewhat of an idiot, but in reality he is actually pretty smart and has very good intuition about situations. He tends to be the comic relief in numerous scenes, but he can also be very serious when needed to be. He knows his politics and battle tactics, as well as has quite a wide knowledge in engineering even though he does not specialize in it. Quick to fight, Cliff is incredibly powerful and has above average stamina. He claims it is because Klaus III has a stronger gravity than Earth, and the atmosphere has higher levels of nitrogen but lower oxygen levels. He fights with his fists, often using gauntlets or something of the like to add more power to his punches.

I really enjoy Cliff's character a lot; he is always making me laugh. I promise to expand this into a full-fledged shrine as soon as I can, but I still have to complete the game (which would happen a lot faster if my party members did not keep dying).
